Happy Fourth of July!

We have been fog bound now for three days, not able to see more than 200 yards. Our waking moments revolve around the only reference points we have available, the instrument numbers, the chart and the wave state. The fog brings enough moisture that even the tell tails are water logged and not flying well, particularily at night. Sails are switched based on the numbers, trimmed to the numbers and we steer to the numbers.

The good news is that the wind has moved forward and built. We are fetching the mark under the big A2 kite, and trying to make up for some lost miles.
